All prices on our website are subject to confirmation by quote. All our quotes are valid for 30 days and subject to availability (errors and omissions excepted).
We can assist with a free quote for your installation and/or flue kit, and according to the manufacturers’ guidelines and legal requirements if applicable. We do this to the best of our ability based on the information available to use either from the photographs and/or measurements supplied by you the client, or from building plans or site visits. Regardless of who supplied the information, it’s always possible that on the day of the installation we require extra materials and this will always be charged for, however we never do this without getting your approval first. Any materials not used on the day of installation will be refunded in full and will be subtracted by us from the final payment due.
Installation and delivery costs varies for different areas and will be added on the final quote.
Any materials supplied will be subject to a 15% handling fee when returned provided that they are supplied correctly and only when returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging within 10 working days. We cannot refund any specially manufactured, ordered or sprayed items.
Please note that the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) protects both the consumer and the supplier during the purchase of our goods. Under the act, your option to return purchased goods is waived once the goods have been installed at the property.
For this reason, any balance owing on the items purchased will be payable prior to delivery and installation at your home. For your protection, you as the customer, are entitled to view your purchase (should you wish to do so) prior to delivery to you. This can be done at our showroom facilities or by remote means if you are not able to visit.
You are entitled to return the goods to us (at your expense) subject to the terms of the CPA, after inspection once the goods arrive at your home – prior to installation (except for specially manufactured, ordered or sprayed items – see below). We will then offer you the choice of exchanging the goods or a store credit.
Specially manufactured, ordered or sprayed items are non-refundable, so please ensure you are happy with your purchase before ordering these items. We are happy to arrange for you to view any colour sample at our showroom prior to ordering if you wish to do so. A 100% deposit is required for specially manufactured, ordered or sprayed items at the time of order.
The installation deposit of 50 % (if applicable) is payable 2 days before installation, upon satisfactory completion of the work, unless otherwise specified, the balance is payable. All our installations are guaranteed for 12 months and this guarantee covers the labour and parts. This is at the discretion of Camino Living and depends on the kind of claim and the distance to be travelled.
We can’t take responsibility for any installations that are done by 3rdparties, or any installations not done in accordance with the manufacturer guidelines and/or legal requirements, as this could lead to the product guarantee become null and void.
For more information on how to use and maintain your fireplace, we would like to refer you to the brochure supplied with your fireplace. Misuse and/or failure to maintain your fireplace properly can also lead to the product and installation guarantee becoming null and void.
Any guarantee claims have to be done so in writing and accompanied by photographs where possible.
