The features of our Security Gates:
Our Cross flights:
We have two design styles with our cross sections. Double action and single action. The crosses are 15mm wide. On a standard height door there will be 3 lines of the crosses evenly spaced. It will decrease or increase in number according to the height of the door.
Our Gate locks:
Ex10dor uses 2 laminated hook locks. The standard configuration is one slam lock and one dead lock. Both locks use the same key because we believe that if one lock malfunctions, the other lock is still there to provide security.
Note that some manufacturers have one key hole for a double locking mechanism, which is nice, but should their lock ever fail, your entire gate would become unlockable.
Our Profiles:
Our profiles are roll formed in-house. Because we manufacture it ourselves, we are able to give our customers much more affordable prices and value for money.
Our double upright door is made with a specially engineered reinforced open C-Profile to enhance the integrity and strength of the product.
With the open profile it enables us to reach every nook and cranny with the powder coating process which in turn ensure a longer rust-free lifespan. Products made with tubing start to rust from the inside out.
Our Rivets:
We make use of a special grade Lumina tubular rivet that is imported for the assembly of our products. This rivet is much stronger than your regular product available at any local hardware shop.
Our Bottom Track and guide:
Our bottom track is extruded from aluminum. Thus, it will not rust after a while. Some of our competitors sell a cheap profile with steel tracks. After a while the paint on these steel tracks will wear down and rust will start to set in.
Our bottom track is a low, non-trip, profile and together with our self-aligned bottom guides ensures a smooth movement. Both of these are also made from aluminum and is rust free.
Our Paint:
Our paint process includes a special cleansing treatment of the material before applying the powder coating. Our polyurethane, UV-Stabilizing powder coating is of the highest quality and will ensure a long-lasting beautiful product.
Our Nylon components:
There is a widely accepted misconception that “plastic” parts are weak, thus causing security concerns. We make use of high-grade virgin Nylon of outstanding quality.
Applied in the right places with assembly helps ensures a longer life span for your security gates. It also protects the moving parts and make for a much quieter and smoother operation.
In our product you will find 3 different kinds of nylon, each used for its unique properties for certain applications.
Nylon is stronger than any Ferrous or non-ferrous metals.
